Mid-South Nursery & Greenhouses 

Founded in 1957 by the late Mr. George and Mrs. Faye Siebert, Mid-South Nursery and Greenhouses developed a reputation for quality products, service, and knowledge. George was an expert horticulturist of plants and trees and was often a guest on KAIT-8 and host of the "Growing Smart" program. He started out on the road selling and planting trees and shrubs, and offered maintenance for shrubbery and trees, including spraying. Many of the orchards in northeast Arkansas were hand-planted by Mr. Siebert. In addition, he became a well-known landscaper and expert in diagnosing illnesses in plants, trees, and grass. While Mr. Siebert tended the trees and shrubs, it was his wife who started their greenhouse business. She would hand-plant each seed, nourish them until they were ready for transplanting, and then continue to care for them to create the huge operation that it is today. 

The nursery grew to approximately 20 acres. Customers may browse our 21 greenhouses to locate virtually "every blooming thing," as George often stated. Today, Mid-South Nursery and Greenhouses continue to strive to produce a diverse selection of quality ornamentals, perennials, grasses, groundcovers, annuals, shrubbery, trees, mulch, sod, and landscape needs. 

Our corporate management team consists of Debi Orr and Connie Siebert, daughters of George and Faye. They are both seasoned professionals with over 40 years of experience in the industry. Debi and Connie have acquired knowledge through their educational studies, as well as hands-on experiences, to develop. They continue the tradition of being horticulture experts while adding an artistic flair and eye for detail. Additionally, the landscape manager, Mr. Mark Miller, a licensed landscape architect and designer, advises on, plans, designs, and oversees the creation, regeneration, and development of landscapes for residential, industrial, and commercial sites. Mrs. Angela Siebert St. Pierre, the youngest in the family, is the office manager. We are also blessed with many dedicated employees. 

We are licensed by most of the major brands, including Southern Living (R) Plant Collection, Encore (R)  Azalea, First Editions(R), Endless Summer (R) Hydrangea, and Proven Winners (R), brands that are driving the market. We also offer Knockout (R) Roses and Drift (R) Roses. We offer a huge range of bedding plants and herbs, including all of the newest plant varieties, to add beauty to your yard!
